GM Egypt & North Africa earns three prestigious Car of the Year Awards for the sixth consecutive year at the Annual Egyptian Automotive Market Event (Car of the year Egypt) organized by “SPARK Consultancy” and the Egyptian “Automobile magazine”. The accolades are based on the sales figures released by the nationwide Automotive Marketing Information Council (AMIC) for 2023.

The Organizational committee of the event, recognized GM Egypt for its outstanding sales performance and contribution to the automotive market, as referenced by AMIC’s annual report. The annual report is a credible source of information for the automotive industry providing a detailed analysis about the market with data on passenger cars, buses, and trucks.  

Representing GM Egypt & North Africa at the annual event were: Medhat El-Shenawy – Vehicle Sales, Service and Marketing Director, Peter Ramzy, Sales Operations Manager, and Nader Omar, Bus Manager. Led by Ashraf Kara – Founder and CEO of SPARK Consultancy and Mohamed Aly - Editor-in-Chief of Automobile Manager, GM Egypt & North Africa received the top sales performance in Egypt for the Pickup segment for the Chevrolet Dabbabah, Light-duty Trucks segment for the famous Chevrolet Jumbo range, and Minibuses segment for the NPR-NQR bus.
